The jewelry is produced in Romania and is handcrafted with love and care in the MOOGU® studio. Because they are handcrafted, there may be differences in shape, size, or color between the presented product and the ordered finished product.

  • Orders under 400 lei: 25 lei (courier delivery) and 15 lei (Sameday EasyBox)
  • Delivery: 2–5 business days (might be longer during holidays)

Returns

  • For Pre-Loved products, notify us within 24 hours after receiving and opening the package
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Refund covers product cost only (excludes return shipping).
